K-LASER THERAPY

Is Chronic Pain Interfering with Your Lifestyle?

If you live with chronic pain, you know how debilitating it can be. Have you been forced to give up hobbies, activities, or travel in an effort to control your pain and maintain functionality?

Until now, the only treatment options for these types of conditions have been surgery or medications, which often have unwanted side effects. We have recently discovered a cutting-edge, new technology that offers effective relief.

K-Laser is a Class IV laser therapy that penetrates tissue to initiate healing at the cellular level. Many of our patients have been able to return to normal, everyday activities with little to no pain.

At our Scottsdale office, Dr. Serrina Yozsa and Dr. Erin Martin have offered K-Laser treatments since 2015.

K-Laser is a Class IV laser therapy that penetrates tissue to initiate healing at the cellular level. Many of our patients have been able to return to normal, everyday activities with little to no pain.

“We’re excited about the outcome of K-Laser therapy. We can now offer an effective, natural treatment for conditions that have typically required invasive treatments or heavy medications, yet offered no promise of real relief.”

K-Laser is also referred to as High Power Laser Therapy. This cutting-edge technology stimulates damaged tissue by concentrating wavelengths of light to interact with tissue, accelerating the healing process.

The process is much like photosynthesis in plants. Light energy is passed through the skin and into the cell membrane, triggering a process called photobiostimulation. Photobiostimulation enhances your body’s natural regenerative functions, stimulating the release of both endorphins and collagen. We have even found that it can eventually normalize damaged tissue.

The results are promising! Patients have experienced accelerated wound healing, along with reduced pain, stiffness, swelling, and spasms. As the injured area is returned to normal and function is restored, so you can regain control of your life and get back to your favorite activities.

A Few of the Conditions We Can Treat with K-Laser Therapy

K-Laser therapy can be used to stimulate all kinds of cell types, including cartilage, ligaments, nerves, and soft tissue. A few of the conditions that respond well to K-Laser include:

  • Sports Injuries
  • Bruises, Contusions, and Burns
  • Diabetic Neuropathy
  • Arthritis pain
  • Tendinitis
  • Bunion Pain
  • Plantar Fasciitis
  • Sprains and Strains
  • Work-Related and Auto Injuries

Results May Be Seen After Only One Treatment

Many patients have experienced pain relief in just one treatment, and most of our patients are able to resume their normal activities free of pain or restricted movement when their therapy is completed. K-Laser treatments are administered using a hand-held device about the size of a flashlight. Most patients have said they experienced a warm, relaxing sensation, typically with no side effects or recovery period.

Beyond Symptom Relief, Our Goal is Healing

Medicine has traditionally focused on appeasing symptoms, rather than true healing at the root of the problem. K-Laser offers a welcome alternative for our patients who are interested in effective, natural remedies and want to avoid invasive treatment.
